Gotta love Bongos, best coffee and food

The atmosphere, quality of service and the cuisine are all excellent at Bongo Billy's. I got to visit once in July of 2004 and when I first entered the smell of fresh ground coffee permeated the air. I had a Bison burger and a cup of smooth Colombian Coffee (one of about 30 they carry on hand). I sat around the table with a few friends and enjoyed a visiting acoustic Irish band play haunting music as I stared out the back doors over the Arkansas River in the foreground of a mountain view. Wow! The owner personally checked on our table and even though the place became standing room only after the band arrived everyone was served graciously. I can number the most comfortable places I've ever eaten on one hand and this is near the thumb.
