In years past, the chance to escape to a more peaceful place was often impossible because of
a lack of services and infrastructure needed to do business in many of the country's smaller

High speed fiber optics and wireless communications make distances virtually unimportant today.
The power of the internet has made marketing and even product and service distribution a
whole new ball game. The migration to rural America is occurring in huge volumes, primarily
because services, technology and much improved and advanced infrastructures are being developed
as more and more folks realize their dream of a more peaceful lifestyle can become a reality.
If you're reading this now, it's clear the thought of relocation to a cleaner, simpler, more
peaceful lifestyle has entered your mind. But where? And how? There are certainly
a thousand issues that present themselves when exploring this dream. It's clearly more than
just the thought of packing and unpacking your belongings. It's about making the right choice
for you, your kids, your family, and perhaps your business, so here's a few reasons to think about
how the benefits of relocating might work for you (and specifically here to the upper Arkansas
Valley in the spectacular central Colorado Rocky Mountains):

left of this page, but there is also a caution we must issue for those considering a move to "small
town America", i.e., the upper Arkansas Valley:
Some folks have arrived and gone into shock when others they don't even know wave at them when
passing on the streets... when after only a short time they find they can't go grocery shopping
without someone stopping them in the isles to chat... when a sadness occurs and their house gets
filled up with food brought over from other caring residents... when a burned out tail light
doesn't result in a ticket, but a caring reminder that it's out... when you get out of the habit
of locking you car... when you realize you've dressed in shorts, sandals and a parka all at the
same time... and gone skiing in July and sunbathing in January.
If you find these conditions frightful, we'd suggest a relocation perhaps to the Bronx or upper Manhattan.
Otherwise, why not explore this site a bit more... you might find your dream is closer to becoming
a reality than you think!
